EDITING & RE-EDITING & ROYALTY & LIABILITY OF VIDEOTAPES & PAYMENT: It is understood that the client is hiring Skytek Productions, Inc. for their technical and artistic expertise and, therefore, Skytek Productions reserves the right to edit your material as they see it fit. If the Client has specific requests for music, shot/scenes, special effects or editing techniques this needs to be made in writing, in detail. Extra charges will apply. Otherwise, requests for changes to the final edited video will be subject to an editing surcharge of $75.00 per hour unless Skytek Productions made an obvious mistake. In which case, Skytek Productions will gladly re-edit the videotape at no additional charge to the Client. The client is responsible for any royalties which may be due, for obtaining permission to duplicate, transfer, edit or save any copyrighted materials, and for the total content of the finished video. Your material is handled with the maximum care and confidentiality. Skytek Productions can not be hold responsible by the client for anything that should happen to the photo, audio and video material property left due to shipping, mechanical, technical, fire, flood or unexpected disasters. If paying by credit card, I authorize the charges for this service to be charge to my credit card.
